Construction Disputes

Estate Litigation

When someone dies, family (and sometimes friends) can be disappointed by the terms of a will, or may feel unfairly disadvantaged where there is no will at all.

Claims on estates can be made by disappointed potential beneficiaries, or those who believe they have some claim upon the estate which has not been appropriately recognized by the deceased’s will.
