About Jocelynne…
Jocelynne was admitted as a solicitor in March 2007 and has been a Partner at ACS Legal Solutions since 2012.
Jocelynne approaches law in a practical no nonsense manner, with her main focus to achieve the best possible outcomes in an expedient and pragmatic fashion.
Jocelynne’s diverse experience in a variety of areas, including her various volunteer roles including former Chair at Logan Country Community Bank, has assisted clients find workable solutions in family law, estate administration, wills and estate planning, commercial leasing, partnership dispute resolutions and governance matters amongst many other things.

About Melissa…
Melissa is one of the directors of the firm, alongside Jocelynne Berry. Melissa was admitted as a solicitor in 2018. Melissa has experience across a broad range of law including family law, wills and estate planning, property law, commercial and retail shop leasing, franchising, New South Wales and Queensland residential and commercial conveyancing, property development, business advice and partnership disputes.
Having been part of the ACS Legal Solutions team since 1997, Melissa was a paralegal for many years prior to completing her law degree.
Melissa offers a pragmatic approach to her clients.
